EARNING POINTS POLICY

• Earn points based on total spending: 10,000 VND = 1 point.
• Total spending is the actual amount paid by the customer after discounts are applied, non-rounded.
• Points earned from dining will be credited to the member's account within 24 hours.
• To earn points, customers must present the E-member card registered on the website before payment.

REDEEMING POINTS POLICY

• Earned points can be used to upgrade tiers or exchange for gifts (E-vouchers) on the website.
• The points will be deducted corresponding to the value of the gift (E-voucher) exchanged.
• E-vouchers have different conversion rates, validity periods, and redeem locations depending on the specific terms and conditions of each promotional program from the date of exchange.
• The value of E-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
• Points earned in a year expire on the anniversary of the card start date or the corresponding upgrade date in the following year.

E-MEMBER ACCOUNT
POLICY

• Members are identified by a unique phone number. A phone number corresponds to a member code in the system.
• In the event of changing phone numbers, provided that the new phone number does not duplicate the phone number of another account, visit the nearest restaurant branch for guidance. If duplicated, Dim Tu Tac will reconfirm the information with the customers and provide a solution for each specific case.
• Customers can only update the date of birth once when creating an account. If there is a need for a second update, please visit the nearest Dim Tu Tac restaurant branch for guidance.
• The E-member program applies to individual customers and not business customers.
• Delivery or Takeaway services are eligible for earning points in the E-member program. No discounts based on the membership tier will be applied.

OTHER REGULATIONS

• Discounts based on the membership tier only apply to specified dishes and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• Only applicable to the cardholder. To confirm the application of the discounts at the restaurant, customers must present the E-member card registered on the website to the staff before payment.
• In the event of any disputes related to the E-member program, Dim Tu Tac reserves the right to make the final decision.
• The E-member program does not apply to seasonal products, such as Mooncakes, Glutinous Rice Dumplings, and Nian Gao…
• The E-member program does not apply to parties of 30 or more guests.
• Holidays not applicable to E-member discounts: December 31 (solar calendar); January 1 (New Year’s Day); March 8 (International Women's Day); March 10 (lunar calendar – Hung Kings' Commemoration Day); April 30 (Reunification Day); May 1 (International Labour Day); Mother's Day; Father's Day; September 2 (Vietnamese Independance Day and one day immediately before or after); December 24-25 (Christmas); December 30 - January 7 (lunar calendar – Tet).
• Discounts are not applied to beverages, set menus, or dishes containing any of the following ingredients: Abalone (except abalone sauce); Fish maw; Golden; Sea cucumber; Bird's nest; Hasma; Roast goose.
